Iasta's Collaborative Services for SmartAnalytics program delivers a variety of spend analysis solutions allowing companies access to the right level of spend analysis expertise, at the right time, at the right price. The Collaborative Analytic Service program is a menu of solutions that augment the needs of buyers, sourcing teams, and organizations who need greater visibility into their spend data. Customers decide whether they want Iasta to deliver some support, all the support or no support. Program solutions include the following services:

• Launch - This service ensures that companies have access to a SmartAnalytics site that is customized to reflect their data and classification structures. Key elements of Launch include site development & deployment, data file(s) collection & load, data file cleansing/mapping/categorization, report & dimension development and basic sourcing project mining.

• Augmentation - This service helps companies enrich their corporate spend data by supplementing it with outside data sources. The data is consolidated and uploaded to SmartAnalytics.

• Refresh - Iasta works with the client to make sure that corporate spend data used by the sourcing team remains fresh, clean and correctly categorized. The client determines the frequency of the data refresh cycle. Additionally, a client can choose to Refresh their own data or have Iasta manage the Refresh process.

• Analysis - This program provides a detailed spend evaluation and identifies sourcing projects, compliance projects and prioritizes the opportunities.
