At the end of the launch period, the Launch Manager works with your Account Manager to determine any possible next steps to promote continued success. Moving forward, you will work with your
assigned Account Manager on strategic initiatives, sourcing best practices, or supplier strategies. Your software users and suppliers will continue contacting IASTA support for any questions about technical and how-to questions about the software. Your success is our obsession.
