We lead all calls with a refresher of your goals and status updates to better determine if implementation is on track for success. Finally, our training, either via web conference or on-site, along with the detailed Launch Guide will help you begin realizing success with your strategic initiatives.
At the end of the launch period, the Launch Manager works with your Account Manager to determine any possible next steps to promote continued success. Moving forward, you will work with your assigned Account Manager on strategic initiatives, sourcing best practices, or supplier strategies.
