Iasta reports rapid and accelerated growth momentum through 2007
Expanded product offerings, customer expansion and revenue at an all time high

Indianapolis, IN, February 11, 2008

Iasta.com, Inc., a leading innovator of e-Sourcing software and services for global supply management, today released their annual corporate statistics for the 2007 fiscal year. Iasta’s numbers are up for their seventh year, proving Iasta to be a leader among supply management companies.


Iasta introduced two new product platforms in 2006, SmartAnalytics™ and SmartOptimization™. SmartAnalytics is Iasta’s spend visibility and analysis solution for companies that need greater insight into information about what they buy and with whom. Iasta’s spend analysis solution is designed to provide users with instant, comprehensive and detailed access to the entire organization’s purchasing data. Iasta also launched the SmartOptimization software platform and optimization consulting services. SmartOptimization analyzes bid results empowering companies to select the best combination of suppliers, products and services that provide the optimal mix of business objectives, risk aversion tactics, quality standards and supply base consolidation. These two new platforms, in addition to greatly enhanced SmartSource functionality, contributed to Iasta’s tremendous success in 2007.

Iasta’s CEO David Bush says of Iasta’s platform expansion, “I am proud of Iasta’s innovative and talented development staff. Our team interprets customer requests and market data to create a usable set of functionality. Because of them, we are helping corporations around the world to address their most complex supply management issues painlessly and efficiently.”

Another factor contributing to Iasta’s success is the expansion of their customer base. Overall customer growth is up 62%. Iasta is also changing the landscape of global supply management with its international growth of 350%. Further reports show 91% of pilot customers converting into long-term contracts with Iasta. Additionally, Iasta has added 9 new strategic alliance partners with global operation capabilities. Complimenting Iasta’s tremendous growth was the launch of the e-Sourcing Wiki developed by CEO David Bush.

Of Iasta’s customer expansion, Bush says, “It’s a tremendous compliment to Iasta that more and more customers are seeing the value of Iasta’s approach to supply management. We believe strongly that each new customer is further validation that we are doing things the right way. We want to continue on a path which provides new and exciting sourcing solutions that will inspire new and old customers alike.”

Iasta’s product and customer expansions have contributed greatly to their ever-expanding profitability. Iasta’s overall 3-year revenue has spiked to 171%. Internationally, revenue is up 251%.

Bush goes on to comment, “We are excited about our software and consulting service solutions and our ever expanding customer base. Growing our customer’s loyalty and respect is our primary goal. We want to provide an effective and honest approach to their sourcing needs, whether through software or services. In the interest of sharing sourcing knowledge, Iasta is also announcing their upcoming annual users conference; reSource ’08. The conference will be held May 12,13,14 in Indianapolis, IN.
